Hi, my name is Mr. Lagoni.  I am currently in my second year here at SMG, teaching physical education.  I am a graduate of Loras College with a bachelor’s degree in physical education.

        In physical education class, I believe that every child has a right to participate in every activity, regardless of skill or ability level.  Students will learn about games or sports that are played around the world.  Students will learn the value of life-long skills and the importance of these skills.

        I am motivated intrinsically and extrinsically.  I like to see the smiles on the students’ faces during class.  I want the students to have a good time in physical education class.

            Here are some personal favorites.  My favorite movie is The Godfather.  I like to read any mystery, history, sports book, as well as any Stephen King book.  I pledge my allegiance to all Chicago teams, except the team from the North Side.  In my time of leisure, I like to golf, bowl and play beanbags.
