Dear Parents of St. Maria Goretti School Children:
We are having our 13th annual Silent & Live Auction to raise money for the school on March 13, 2010. This is the single largest fundraiser that the school has. It is a tremendous project and we all know how difficult it is to find time to help with extra activities.
However, you can help in a very simple, yet valuable way! Attached is a copy of our business solicitation letter and donation form which we send to local businesses requesting donations. Please personally sign this letter and take it work with you and give it to whomever may be in a position to assist in making a donation to our cause. Everyone who works has a resource in their employer that a personal request may help fulfill. This would help us tremendously.
Also, if you know of any other businesses that may be interested in helping you and your children’s school, please feel free to provide these businesses with a copy of this solicitation letter too. This is a simple, yet effective way of helping our children. If you would like more copies of this letter, please request them from school. Thanks in advance for your help!
