Science Fair Packet

The science fair paperwork should be put in the following order and I have included a brief description of what should be written:

Abstract- This is an official IJAS document, must have purpose, procedure, and

conclusion. This has to be limited to 200 words typed, no exceptions.

Safety Sheet- This is an official IJAS document. This has to be typed and signed.

Endorsements- If needed, this is also an official IJAS document and must be typed.

Title Page- Should include title, students’ name, grade, and school. Absolutely no

artwork or computer graphics.

Table of Contents- This will tell the judges the order in which you have your paper.

1. Acknowledgements- Couple of sentences thanking those that helped you with your

project.

2. Purpose- The purpose for your project. Include what it may do for science in the  

future.

3. Hypothesis- Your educated guess for the project.

4. Review of Literature- This is coming from your English class

5. Materials List & Procedures- This procedure is not limited, can be very specific.

6. Results- Include any charts or graphs, data sheets, and tables that are relevant to your

results.

7. Conclusion- What you learned.

8. Reference List- This is coming from your English class.
